    We decided to add links to products that are similar to what we sell to help people find items they are looking for, even if we do not have it. If we stock it, we feel confident we will have a competitive price, if we don't, then we will direct you to where you can get it for less.

    After working on Fabologist.com at different times over the years, and then just redirecting it to eBay, we decided to fully commit to building out our Fabologist.com site to sell our merchandise.

    We bought a small amount of merchandise. We then opened our eBay store and have sold there for over 5 year's and have been recognized as a Top Rated Seller with a rating of 99.6% from over 2100 feedbacks selling over 6500 items.

    July 2014

    After years of "I wish I could", we finally sat down and did it. We started by trying to come up with a name. We came up with the name when thinking about a friend named Elizabeth. She always thought she was "Fabulous", she always wanted to help others with their wardrobe, soon we realized in order to be Fabulous, you would need a Fabologist.

    Return Policy for the US

    At Fabologist, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. We’ve made our return policy as easy as possible.

    Please note: If you did not receive the items that you ordered or are missing items, please reach out to the Fabologist     support team at returns@fabologist.com We can only process these requests within 30 days after delivery. 

    To open a return you can log into your account and open a return from your purchase history or you can use the Return link in the menu bar in the header.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Within 30 Days - You must request a return within 30 days of the product being shipped to you. Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your return label.

    Includes original packaging and product in new condition - Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition. Fabologist may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging.

    If a product is deemed unfit for return, Fabologist will notify the customer that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued to the customer. The customer can choose one of the following options:

    1. The product will be shipped back to the customer at a shipping cost of $10 ; or
    2. The product will be recycled.

    If you do not select one of the above options within 14 days of Fabologist informing you that your return has been rejected, the product will be recycled.

    Return Shipping - Fabologist pays for return shipping under most circumstances.

    Refunds (if applicable) 
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at refunds@fabologist.com.

    Exchanges (if applicable) 
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at exchange@fabologist.com and send your item to:

    Gifts 
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
